Payment
At the moment, I accept payments through LavaTop (you can pay via PayPal or with a debit card). This is currently my only way to receive payments in USD.Since payments are processed as donations, I am unable to issue refunds. If you need to request a refund, you must contact your bank or payment provider as soon as possible to dispute the transaction.Unfortunately, I won't be able to assist with the refund process.Alternatively, you can pay with USDT using my wallet address.I require 100% upfront payment once the sketch has been approved.
General Terms
I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am not comfortable working on it for any reason.
I retain the copyright to all artwork I create.
My commissions are intended for personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes, we'll need to discuss a separate commercial license or another appropriate compensation arrangement.
You are welcome to edit, crop, or otherwise modify your commissioned artwork for your own personal, private use.
You may not use my artwork, in whole or in part, for AI or blockchain-related technologies, including but not limited to generative AI, machine learning, or NFTs.
Unless requested otherwise, I may post completed commissions in my portfolio, on social media, or use them as promotional material. Please let me know in advance if you would prefer your commission to remain private.

Workflow
1. Discussion & References
I'll carefully review your idea and help refine it if needed. If you're having trouble describing your vision or finding references, I'll be happy to help.2. Sketches
I'll prepare several sketches to explore the idea. Depending on the commission, this usually means two or more concepts with different compositions, poses, or angles. At this stage, you're welcome to request any changes, and if none of the sketches fit your vision, I'll gladly create additional ones.3. Payment
Once the sketch has been approved, I require 100% upfront payment before continuing.4. Line Art
I'll create the line art and send it for approval. Minor adjustments to the character's design or proportions can still be made at this stage, but major composition changes or new concepts will usually require additional work.5. Coloring & Rendering
After the line art is approved, I'll complete the coloring and rendering. Please note that the final colors may vary slightly from the references depending on the lighting and atmosphere of the illustration.6. Final Delivery
Once the commission is complete, I'll send you the full-resolution image via a Google Drive download link.RevisionsIf your original brief was incomplete or you request significant changes after the line art has been approved, I may charge an additional revision fee based on the amount of extra work required.If I make a mistake or overlook something that was clearly specified in your brief, I'll fix it free of charge.
Deadlines
My usual turnaround time is 1–3 weeks. If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know before ordering.
